Patient Satisfaction Results
 

Every patient is asked to complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey at discharge. The survey asks patients to evaluate the service/treatment they received in fourteen areas. The patient rates several aspects of the service/treatment he/she received on a 1-5 scale (1=poor, 2=fair, 3=good, 4=very good, 5=excellent)
